How do I schedule a showing?
Scheduling a showing is easy. Simply select “Schedule a Showing” from the property listing or contact HomePros Management directly, and we’ll help you find a convenient time.
How long does the application process take?
Most applications are processed within one to three business days after all required documents have been submitted.
What are your application requirements?
Application requirements vary by property, but generally include verifiable income, a background check, credit history, rental history, and identity verification. Please review the listing details for specific qualification criteria.
Do you offer online payments and a resident portal?
Yes. HomePros Management provides residents with a secure online portal where they can pay rent, set up AutoPay, submit maintenance requests, access lease documents, and communicate with our team.
Do I have to sign a long-term lease?
Lease terms vary by property. Most homes are offered with a one-year lease, though other terms may be available depending on the owner’s preferences.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparency and provide clear information regarding deposits, pet fees, and any applicable charges before you sign a lease.

Our team is committed to providing responsive and professional service. Residents can contact HomePros Management through the Tenant Portal, by phone, or by email.
How much is required to move in?
Move-in costs typically include the security deposit, first month’s rent, and any applicable pet deposits or fees. The exact amount varies by property and will be disclosed before lease signing.
How long does the application process take?
Most applications are processed within one to three business days once all required information and supporting documents have been received. Incomplete applications or delays in verifying information may extend processing times.
Do I need to see the property before applying?
No. You are welcome to apply without touring the property, but we highly recommend viewing it first to ensure it meets your needs and expectations. Application fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether an applicant has seen the property.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid online through the HomePros Management Tenant Portal. Residents can make one-time payments or set up AutoPay for added convenience.
When is rent due and when is it considered late?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Any grace period and applicable late fees are outlined in the lease agreement.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Maintenance requests are submitted through the Tenant Portal, where residents can describe the issue and upload photos. Emergency requests receive priority attention.
What counts as an emergency maintenance issue?
Emergency maintenance includes situations that threaten health, safety, or could cause major property damage, such as major leaks, sewage backups, gas leaks, or loss of air conditioning during extreme heat.
Do I need renters insurance?
Yes. All residents are required to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term to protect their personal belongings and provide liability coverage.
Can I have a pet?
Many of our properties are pet-friendly. Pet approval, deposits, fees, and breed restrictions vary by property, so please review the listing details or contact us for more information.
How do I get my full security deposit back?
Leaving the property clean, removing all belongings, returning keys and remotes, and fulfilling the terms of your lease will help maximize your security deposit refund.
How do I give notice that I'm moving out?
Written notice must be provided according to the terms of your lease agreement, typically at least 30 days before your move-out date.
What if I want to renew my lease?
If the property owner approves, HomePros Management will provide renewal options before your lease expires.
